   In 2019 Jocelyn and Ariel (Mother & Daughter) were residing at the same address.  Jocelyn recovering from a painful divorce. And Ariel enjoying the blessings of her new marriage and family. Through late night talks and early morning coffees, they began to realize that they were more alike than different. These conversations began to extend to and include the friends of both Jocelyn and Ariel. Despite the age differences, nationalities, cultural and economic backgrounds, they found a common thread. They had each in some way , at one time or another been misunderstood, misdiagnosed, mishandled or mislabeled.

    Mislabeled by society, friends. family and oftentimes themselves. It was that revelation that sparked a desire in these women to shed the labels once and for all. And to do so with the love , prayers and support of each other. It was this decision that led to the birth of  LOL Ladies Overcoming Labels. The ladies soon found that a good laugh, in good company is great for the soul. Empowering to the spirit. And Restoring to the broken. Their unique use of  Transparency, laughter and biblical principles has been therapeutic too many and refreshing to all.

Let Love Lead , It knows the way is this organizations "catch phrase". But more than that, it is the directive given by God to Jocelyn and Ariel. A mandate that they both strive daily to exemplify.
